Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team!
At Brothers Integrated Technologies we install building technology: audio-video, security, fire alarm and networking! Our technicians perform installations inside educational facilities, corporate settings and on new construction.
A day in the life as an Office Manager:

• Ensuring our business runs smoothly
• Holding team members accountable to complete tasks
• Review and analyze job costing spreadsheets
• Prepare customer invoices
• Provide direction to the Bookkeeper
• Office management: Set and hold meetings
• Keep office documentation up to date
• Collect customer invoices

Requirements to join our team:

• Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a managerial administrative role
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Google Drive
• Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor

Ideal candidate:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Pays attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team
• Experience with Zoho and Gusto preferred

The Office Manager position is a full-time, benefit eligible position with a schedule Monday through Friday in our Vandalia office.
